✈️ Flight Booking Recommendations

To make your trip smoother, keep these tips in mind when booking your flights:

  • The bus from Bogotá to Villa de Leyva leaves on August 10th in the morning, so it’s best to arrive in Bogotá on August 9th to avoid any last-minute issues.

  • The bus returns to Bogotá from Villa de Leyva on August 16th in the morning, so we recommend booking return flights for the afternoon/evening of August 16th or, even better, on August 17th for more flexibility.

  • For those attending the post-congress tour, the bus will return to Bogotá on August 22nd at night, so it’s best to book flights on August 23rd for a better travel experience.
